The Rainbow Lodge Program A fresh start


Gadigal Country

Transitional Supported Accommodation (TSA)

Criteria

- Medium high or high LSI-R

- At least 12 weeks of community supervision

- Male, 18 and over

- No child related offences

- At risk of homelessness

- Agree to participate in the program

Referrals

TSA clients can only be referred through their Community Corrections Officer (CCO). The CCO needs to complete an internal referral and send it to the Leichhardt Community Corrections Gatekeeper - 9508 2500.
